dongle problem


Hi to all, trying to activet samsung tool but I receive this error:

Serial Number: *
Username: *
Token Type: Infinity [BEST]
Account Status: Active
Firmware Version: 0118
Hardware Status: Probably damaged. Contact to support for details.


Can somebody help me???

I think you know that your dongle has a problem, anyway let's try to test it once again.

1. DO not use Fenix Card-Reader !
2. Try to update dongle ONLY ONE TIME
