cm2 misconfiguration

Dear Infinity team,
I am using CM2 for the last 2 years but i didnot face this problem
before this i have faced two times in this two month . i am confused why this
problem occuring again and again .i have just install mtk usb driver through
install-filter-win and after this the CM2 left work any solution i am so worried
the log is below,

Once again thanks sir , now i have just update cm2 dongle and its ok now.

I hope you understand that in future it is good idea to close DRIVERS INSTALL before run software.

Dear infinity team
I m using cm2 from last two month I have facing one problem which is misconfiguration (smart card misconfigration support to contact). If I run on dongle manager there will not error . Kindly resolve my issue
