Post CM2 Smart-Card misconfiguration! Contact to support! How to Fix it


Dear Infinity Team,

My CM2 Dongle Suddenly Showing This Error:
CM2 Smart-Card misconfiguration! Contact to support!

I have tried to Update Dongle Firmware But Fail. Please Solve my Problem as early as possible. I will be grateful to Infinity Team.

I Don't Have Fault.bin File

I Don't Have Fault.bin File on My Infinity Folder. It is Previously Available when My CM2 is not Opening and showing this error then I Uninstall CM2 Software and Re-Install Again. That's why "fault.bin" file is removed from the Infinity Folder. Please Solve my Problem.

Why do you use Eltima/flexihub with Infinity software ?

Hello,

There is a software conflict with the next application:

c:\program files (x86)\renesas electronics\usb 3.0 host controller driver\application\nusb3mon.exe

STEP-BY-STEP instruction:

1. Delete or rename files (see above)
2. Reboot PC
3. Delete fault.bn file
4. Update dongle firmware with DongleManager now
5. Run Infinity software.
