There is a software conflict with this application:
\program files\avast software\avast\aswidsagent.exe

Disable AVAST, delete fault.bn file and run Infinity software.

Team is working to fix this compatibility issue.

its been working alongside avast cause i put CM2 in exclusion folder is there another way i can use it

It's a conflict with this process:
\program files\avast software\avast\aswidsagent.exe

Try to disable it

please disable this:
c:\programdata\cellebrite mobile synchronization\ufed cloud analyzer service\webex.utils.watchdog.exe


then delete fault.bin and then run Infinity exe
