cm2spd software hang at every time whne task complet

after formate i get this error

formate stuck 99% but set ok

Hello , SPI flash is dying. Way is onle change to new one.
Mobile will work, but something - like contacts saving, or last calls log and e.t.c. , probably, can work not properly.

SPI ?? sorry but not understand

and after formate set work fine no problem

but cm2spd hand at this stage and need to close form taskmanager

cm2MTK and CM2RAD work fine no problem

only problem in spd gui

and problem come when only formate

but its not problem for me i manage it

Probably - system/port/drivers.
