coolpad 3622a frp solution needed - GSM-Forum

Hello team i am trying to remove frp on a coolpad 3622a, this is what i got when i try to use qlm module to remove it:

Operation : Reset Settings [ v1.09 ]

1. Power Off Phone , Remove battery , Insert back
2. PRESS and HOLD BOTH VOLUME KEYS!
3. Insert USB cable. In some cases require use EDL cable or TP to force EDL mode!

Wait for phone...
Device Found!
Initialize ...
Handshake passed!
BB_IDC_CPU : SnapDragon 210 [MSM8909]
ID_BLOCK_S : 0703AFF7
ID_BLOCK_I : 009600E1
ID_BLOCK_L : 4D8624FA506DF80E2119874580BB8B19
ID_BLOCK_L : 7CA3042E25A75A5E34AAF79063491E0C
Use CM2 Internal Loader

Error : Prepare target failed! Unsupported SecureType!
Send log and report.log to support! Include device info also!

Reconnect Power/Cable!

Could you supply me with any help to remove please?

Put Ur Phone Fastboot mode
using recovery
Then Follow this command
Fastboot erase oem config

Use latest QLM v16 module. Post log after.

i try with qlm i both key pres set on and show on sreen infomraion and adb port found

Try with EDL cable then, or use ADB/FastBoot To EDL
