hello!

first of all you must start from opening your operation.log file and search for first operation with this phone. Find there Original software version of this phone and post it here.

hello!

well, at least we know now needed firmware version:
CELLONSZ25_07A_PCB01_GPRS_MT6225_S00.C2016HW_3_2_U S_DIGICEL_T3_SIV
You are correct, unfortunately, beside available on support 4 firmwares i have nothing to offer more. Even google search gives zero result.

If you could find same version working phone and read out backup- this would help a lot.
Other option is to get somewhere flash file in any format. I will convert it.
