2 possible answers:

1. Your free support period has ended.
2. You try too many times to do the same process and now have to wait for support to reset your counters.

I think that you havent pay for yearly support. But I have no idea.

It looks like you should extend your support period to be able to access support area with flash files and to use latest software updates.

You can contact to any reseller from this list Infinity-Box - How to buy and ask your reseller to renew your support. You have to provide to reseller your Infinity-Box Serial Number only.
DO NOT give your dongle passwords to anyone !
