Dongle big problem


i infinity team, i discovered that my box usb service port is not working when insert cable therefor, i cannot connect pinfider to infinity box likewise the port cannot be used for any operation need ur help plsssssssssssssss:co nfused::co nfused:

i was tryin to flash NKTEL C5000 TRU pinout then it apair on my system power surge that all need ur help plssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss

Hello,

You need to buy and replace FT232 chip inside box.
Make "search" in this forum regarding "FT232" and you will see detailed information.

software version: 1.17
cable type: 1x18 (L18B)
platform: MT: MT6205, MT6217-MT6228, MT6230
searching adapter at COM4...
adapter found, version: 2000
pins: 18, plain
power cycles: 1
activation cycles: 7
power-off delay: 20
start Rx/Tx: 1/1
Loading configuration...
Initializing...
Press and HOLD phone Power button now !
detecting pins...
failed to detect pins
time required: 135 sec
Power Off !
Set parameter to value 20 (or more) and repeat operation (parameter "Finder activation tries")

what cpu your phone has????also read carefully page 20 in pinfinder manual
