The dongle (or better say smart card inside) on which you are getting error is only blocked. All other CDMA Dongle will work normally.
So better mail your problem with details including serail No. of your blocked dongle to [email protected]

1. run Infinity-Box DongleManager: http://server1.infinity-box.biz/down...gleManager.rar
2. select "Infinity-Box" or "BEST Tool" or "CDMA Tool" (depends on your Box/Dongle type)
3. read Box/Dongle serial number (S/N)
4. send problem description and full text with Box/Dongle details to [email protected]

Please, do not send screenshot/pictures, just copy/paste text from DongleManager window to your message !

i had same on problem but after lot of messinging my problem was not resolved so finally i purchase a new one unlocking solution.

My best wishes with you and hope your problem must be resolve.

One more gr8 suggestion for you either you r right or wrong don't dare to challenge to yellow boss.
