Member: 541591 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1611509 Thanks Meter: 7,361 | Hello, Why are you trying to upgrade firmware? It's not required until software asks for it or you buy any activation. Try to clean your smart card and reinsert it in dongle and run software again. Use latest Dongle Manager from here- Dongle Manager And also install proper driver for your card reader. Br. |

Member: 1184994 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Hi kindly help me with my infinity box, one day just to notice that the box started to write "Dongle can't be found: Card with specified AID is not found". i tried to use a different reader still the problem continued. it seems the card is completely dead. asking for your advice |
