Also, please, explain to us, what is the reason to send mail to supporters and also post the same question in forum. Is it a way to make support persons two or three times more busy than need ? Please, post here an explanation so we will be able to prepare good instruction to users how to contact to support. We are waiting for your explanation with impatience ! |
