dongle damaged please help


my infinity daamged i do not know the caused , please help

Dongle serial No (S/N): --------------
Firmware version: 0112.02
Dongle identification data is damaged, error code #65
"UK edition" status: Off
Last launched application: 001F v.0272
Additional activated modules:
- 04: Pin-Finder Adapter
Support area: http://www.infinity-box.com
- Username: ------------
- Password: -----------
Dongle parameters checksum: 6FF466

Probably Dongle data is damaged, contact to support !
- If you can't login into support area: contact to [email protected]
- If you have problems during start software at first time: upgrade Dongle firmware.

I suggest you to use search in forum, this problem was discussed many times.
Also, please, explain to us, what is the reason to send mail to supporters and also post the same question in forum.
Is it a way to make support persons two or three times more busy than need ?

Please, post here an explanation so we will be able to prepare good instruction to users how to contact to support.
We are waiting for your explanation with impatience !
