plz i need ur help to repair my dongle

Dongle serial No (S/N): 0DAxxxxx
Firmware version: 0110.02
Dongle identification data damaged, error code #32
"UK edition" status: Off
Last launched application: 0001 v.0150
Support area: http://www.infinity-box.com
- Username: xxxxxxx
- Password: xxxxxx
Dongle parameters checksum: 5D031F

- If you can't login into support area: send e-mail with this info to [email protected]
- If you have problems during start software at first time: upgrade Dongle firmware.

hi;
will be checked as soon as possible, try to desinstall teamviewer after use unlock lg online next time!

sorry for delay; you can upgrade dongle now and it will be repaired
