In My case one of my clients try to use lower version of software after using 2.8, and then the box says Dongle data damage. he didnt use any USB sharing, blah blah blah! In that case what should be done?

In case of any problem the best way is:
use DongleManager, read dongle data and send mail with your dongle details to [email protected]

Also required step: don't forget to attach detailed description of action that you or you user tried to do. Please, ask your user to prepare really honest description of his activity because I can say you only one: old software installation can't be a reason of "error# 32", so, please, try to get really honest explanation from your user.

Upps Some wrong data, It was dongle data damage "error# 31" not 32!, Sorry! Any way result is same, Cant update.

Anyway, in case of any problems like this, the best way is:

This is happend after trying to unlock SEJ110
prog start ,after click unlock,prog freezed and close
then wont start anymore.After rebooting appers this error

Error reason is little bit other than you think and there is no any relation with J110 unlock. Please, check mail.
