dongle error message


i have been using infinity box for the past two years today i was trying to do usb sharing what i noticed was above error message as i was about to use infinity.error message below as i tried to update box please help i have also sent detailed box information to support yesterday

Dongle serial No (S/N):
Firmware version: 0112.02
Dongle identification data damaged, error code #65
"UK edition" status: Off
Last launched application: 001F v.0272
Support area: http://www.infinity-box.com
- Username:
- Password:
Dongle parameters checksum:

- If you can't login into support area: send e-mail with this info to [email protected]
- If you have problems during start software at first time: upgrade dongle firmware.

it has been discussed many times its not safe to use usb sharing software while infinity is attached now solution is to contact infinity support via email given in ur error massage with full details like serial no. and problem occured

How to repair "Error code #32, #65":

. uninstall any kind of usb-sharing software
. reboot PC
. make "Read S/N" operation via DongleManager
. contact to [email protected] and explain the problem so detailed as possible, attach full dongle details in your mail
. after you have got a confirmation that your dongle is not blocked forever (hope you will be able to get this confirmation): upgrade your dongle firmware with DongleManager
. never use any kind of usb-sharing software with Infinity-Box to avoid FOREVER BLOCKED dongle !
