pls infinity team come to my rescue, i was flasxhing one chinneese phone suddenly the box stop working and henceforth its saying dongle firmware damage i try to update i got same problem. pls this box is just 4weeks old i havent got my money back, i heard infinity has the best support thats why i go for it pls help me i never share or use usb share program i dont even know wat it is. plssssss help me out dont let me looose my moni like this. my serial no. is

In case of any kind of such problems write e-mail to [email protected]
Explain the problem so detailed as possible !
Also attach in your mail complete text after you read S/N with DongleManager.
