- Run DongleManager.exe - https://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=5
- Make "Read Serial Number (S/N)"

You are using IDA by interesting way.
What was the reason to run Infinity software at the same time with the that tool ?

no idont have ida in my computer

How it was happened that you have ida pro folder without ida ?
\mes_gsm\flash\ida pro\x10\sp_flash_tool_exe_windows_v5.1708.02.000\

Now please upload to mega.nz fault.bin file from your PC but not from your friend's PC. This file helps me to find a right way to fix the problem.

i upload file from my pc , and yes i have folder for doogee x10 with 5 flash + spft tool

yes , its folder created in 2019 with that name , idont know that make problem with infinity dongle
