Dongle misconfiguration erorr

Hello Cm2 team i am facing this erorr with my cm2 device

there is no fault.bin in any folder,i update firmware one time using dongle manger,i see thread with dongle misconfigration erorr and try to solve my problme but it remains same

fault.bin file should be there.
Have you deleted it ?
What Infinity software you tried to run last time ?

acctualy my cm2Mtk2 not working ,as i uninstall and reinstall again it works for one or two time,i try to install mtk2 to my laptop and conect cm2 for work but it could not open.i conect again to my pc then it shows dongle configration.now i install a fresh copy of window and install all cm2 software but it shows again dongle misconfigration.all software of cm2 are clean there is no fault.bin file in any folder.

in cm2mtk2 folder there is a file name (config)in config file show this

and cm2 mtk2 folder (fs_external.dll) became 13 kb when i install mtk2 setup its size was 11kb

friend, your story is funny
if you reinstall windows this means you deleted all files. right ?
anyway please double check your pc and find fault.bin fle.
do you see it now ?

can you plz step farward to recover my cm2 device through team viwer or other software
