I have buy new cm2 dongle work 2 days then this error massage show I have complete uninstall whole software and than install so I have not felt.bin file team please help me

Sir I have buy new dongle and work only two days if you have take some charges I agree but fix my problem because my work is completely stop hope would you like to solve my problam

people who told you to delete fault.bin file was very stupid, you made a big mistake
with file possible to solve problem in 1 minute but without file it may takes days
do not worry friend, team will help you



Download and run Sysinternals Process Explorer - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sys...ocess-explorer
Copy/paste list of all running processes.

sir you have used USB SHARING software, it's violation of usage rules !
you must read NOTE here https://www.infinity-box.com/support/?s=2
you delete (or hide from supporters) fault.bin file
this file has information about problem reason but you do not give it to us !

now you must read NOTE, confirm that you undertstand the rules.

after that copy/past TEXT of running process instead of upload low quality images with zero information

Dear team I'm not using sharing tool and nothing hide any thing I have complete uninstall whole setup so icant provide you dalut .bin file if you can not trust sir I will give you any I'd like teamvier ammy admin etc you can chek my system for your kind information other cm2 dongle work my PC perfectly dear team please solve my problem

Only use 2 days this dongle so you can understand my problem

yes sir, I understand your problem
to fix your problem supporters need to get info about your PC config

STEP 1: Download and run Sysinternals Process Explorer - https://download.sysinternals.com/fi...ssExplorer.zip
STEP 2: Run procexp64.exe
STEP 3: go to menu File -> Save
STEP 4: Save file
STEP 5: Copy/paste file content here




now waiting for two things

1. your confirmaton that you read dngle usage rules
2. list of running process as per instruction

if you don't want to find a soluthin for the problem you can simply ignore all instructions and supporters efforts and update your dongle firmware
let's hope we don't see you returned back with the same issue next day

Hello, i have same problem after buying Infinity-Box/Dongle 2 years Updates Support Renewal Chinese Miracle 2 included (CM2). So i sent my fault.bin file to support ([email protected]).
Then am waitting for response!!!
