Member: 1043909 Status: Online Thanks Meter: 60,926 | It is very bad fault.bin file has an information about problem people who told you to delete fault.bin file was very stupid, you made a big mistake with file possible to solve problem in 1 minute but without file it may takes days do not worry friend, team will help you Download and run Sysinternals Process Explorer - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sys...ocess-explorer Copy/paste list of all running processes. |

Member: 148515 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 19,534 | sir you have used USB SHARING software, it's violation of usage rules ! you must read NOTE here https://www.infinity-box.com/support/?s=2 you delete (or hide from supporters) fault.bin file this file has information about problem reason but you do not give it to us ! now you must read NOTE, confirm that you undertstand the rules. after that copy/past TEXT of running process instead of upload low quality images with zero information |

Member: 148515 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 19,534 | yes sir, I understand your problem to fix your problem supporters need to get info about your PC config STEP 1: Download and run Sysinternals Process Explorer - https://download.sysinternals.com/fi...ssExplorer.zip STEP 2: Run procexp64.exe STEP 3: go to menu File -> Save STEP 4: Save file STEP 5: Copy/paste file content here now waiting for two things 1. your confirmaton that you read dngle usage rules 2. list of running process as per instruction |
