Hello,

To avoid software conflicts in future please do not use "Realterm" at the same time with Infinity software.

What to do now:
- Install latest Infinity software updates
- Run DongleManager.exe
- Update Dongle firmware

This information is little bit offtopic.

I think that user Sabith Hussain is the same user as Imran Sharief because both account has been used the same IP address 103.5.133.2

Sir I purchased this shop of mobile business from Imran Sharief, now Mr Imran Sharief is not doing the moibile business he sold it to me along with the PC and as well as all the Boxes and Dongles and he doing used car business he is not using any PC know so he came to my shop to solve the problem so I kindly request you to solve the problem because I am losing lot of customers daily.
