then delete fault.bin file

Hello,

Probably there is a software conflict with the next application(s):

C:\program files (x86)\intel\bluetooth\devmonsrv.exe
C:\program files (x86)\intel\intel(r) usb 3.0 extensible host controller driver\application\iusb3mon.exe
C:\program files\renesas electronics\usb 3.0 host controller driver\application\nusb3mon.exe
C:\program files (x86)\nec electronics\usb 3.0 host controller driver\application\nusb3mon.exe
C:\program files\via xhci uasp utility\usb3monitor.exe

What to do:

1. Delete or rename files (see above)
2. Reboot PC
3. Delete fault.bn file
4. Update dongle firmware with DongleManager now
5. Run Infinity software.

Why do you use debugger and other crack tools with Infinity software ?

no please no crack softwares. i have added link to fault.bin file. the box was working correctly and i have active support. i just plugged it into my laptop to service an itel p15 phone and it would not open the software. i tired to update and i got that error here is link to fault.bin https://mega.nz/file/6k4mEIbY#A8R1YN...eyqRix7RztctLA

It was a conflict with "visual studio debugger etw". Do not use it at the same time with Infinity.


Update dongle firmware now
delete fault.bin file
now you can run Infinity software
