Hello,

Read NOTE here - https://www.infinity-box.com/support/?s=2
Uninstall/disable Eltima/Flexihub and other usb sharing tools and do not use it at the same time with Infinity software.

Next steps:
- Delete fault.bin file from software folder (if you have it there)
- Run DongleManager
- Update Dongle firmware

after I have renewed my cm2 dongle, I have downloaded a new version of CM2MT2, I installed it, and now I can't open my CM2MTK and other cm2 apps, this is the fault.bin text
....

Please make step-by-step NOW:
- reboot PC
- update dongle with DongleManager
- delete fault.bin file (if any)

Before run Infinity CM2MT2 always close boot-helper installation package !
