How to solve: Check Box/Dongle state: - Run DongleManager - Read S/N (Serial Number) - You will see a Diagnostic message and Diagnostic Code Diagnostic Code #57: - Uninstall any kind of usb trace/spy/sharing software and do not use it in future - Kill in your PC Device Manager all processes with name like usb3monitor - Find in folder with CM2 or [BEST] software file fault.bin - Post here your dongle details (Copy/paste text) and attach here fault.bin file (if you have it in folder with software). done or not done ? | |
