Your PC has some kind of incompatibility or maybe you are using some kind of danger software.
Infinity Team supporters will help you to fix your PC !

STEP 1: go to folder C:\InfinityBox\CM2MT2\ or C:\InfinityBox\CM2SP2\
STEP 2: find file fault.bin

Sir i did not find any Fault File in my Cm2 mt2 Or Spd2.
and i changed my windows also

ok, if you do not want to send us file this means you do not want to solve the problem. it's your choice.
now you can update dongle with DongleManager, probably it will be fixed
