Dongle misconfiguration - How to fix


Dear Friends,

Dongle misconfiguration may be a result of software or drivers conflicts or something like that.

How to solve:

Check Box/Dongle status:
- Run DongleManager
- Read S/N (Serial Number)
- You will see an error message and Diagnostic Code


Diagnostic Code #70:

There is a software conflict with the next application(s):

C:\program files (x86)\intel\bluetooth\devmonsrv.exe
C:\program files (x86)\intel\intel(r) usb 3.0 extensible host controller driver\application\iusb3mon.exe
C:\program files\renesas electronics\usb 3.0 host controller driver\application\nusb3mon.exe
C:\program files (x86)\nec electronics\usb 3.0 host controller driver\application\nusb3mon.exe
C:\program files\via xhci uasp utility\usb3monitor.exe

What to do:

STEP-1: Delete or rename files (see above)
STEP-2: Reboot PC
STEP-3: if supporters already approved dongle firmware update - delete fault.bin file and update dongle firmware otherwise wait
STEP-4: Update dongle firmware with DongleManager now
STEP-5: Run Infinity software.


Diagnostic Code #57:
STEP-1: Open your PC Device Manager
STEP-2: Kill processes with name like usb3monitor
STEP-3: go to folder C:\InfinityBox\CM2MT2\ or C:\InfinityBox\CM2SP2\ or C:\InfinityBox\BEST\
STEP-4: find file fault.bin
STEP-5: upload file to https://mega.nz/ and post link here
STEP-6: if supporters already approved dongle firmware update - delete fault.bin file and update dongle firmware otherwise go to STEP-5


Diagnostic Code #62:
STEP-1: go to folder C:\InfinityBox\CM2MT2\ or C:\InfinityBox\CM2SP2\ or C:\InfinityBox\BEST\
STEP-2: upload file to https://mega.nz/ and post link here
STEP-3: post here (copy/paste text) your dongle details (Serial Number)


Other Diagnostic Code:
STEP-1: go to folder C:\InfinityBox\CM2MT2\ or C:\InfinityBox\CM2SP2\ or C:\InfinityBox\BEST\
STEP-2: upload file to https://mega.nz/ and post link here
STEP-3: post here (copy/paste text) your dongle details (Serial Number)


NOTE:
Please DO NOT send us screenshots but only text with explanation and Box/Dongle details are required !
Please DO NOT update Box/Dongle with DongleManager without supporter approval, all tries without approval will be useless !

To avoid software conflicts in future please do not use "Hexframe" at the same time with Infinity software.

What to do now:
- Delete fault.bin file from software folder (if you have it there)
- Install latest Infinity software updates
- Run DongleManager
- Update Dongle firmware

IMPORTANT: only ONE update try is allowed so in case of problem DO NOT try to update card again !

- Connect dongle/box to PC
- Run CardID software - https://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=7
- Select Card-Reader
- Click to "Read" button

DO NOT send screenshot/video but copy/paste text from software window !
