Dongle not found - GSM-Forum

I got this problem today. But yesterday it was working well.

I can use it now as com port with other software but cannot run any software of infinity box.

so what i have to do.

box light is 100% ok.

i try on another system but same

and in DEVICE MANAGER it show

its happen with me before and 2 day i thought its not working after in other pc work
so if you can instal fresh windows ,before try in other pc bro and disable antyvirus

go to devic manager and uninstal the smart card readers, e-gate and and token then reconnect ur box it will work properly try this it will solve u r problem..100%

1. remove smart-card from card-holder
2. very gently clean smart-card contacts
3. install smart-card back

what is the results ?
