dongle not working on windows 10

cm2 dongle not working on windows 10 again..

after i made it work. when i restart, dongle would not be detected again.

i have 2 windows 10 laptop and they are both the same problem.

cannot run cardid software because driver is not working for windows 10.

i hope support could try latest windows 10 with cm2 dongle (rocker dongle) and see how to work with it.

i have 2 computers all newly formatted, nothing in it yet. but cm2 did not work

i tried my last post but it did not work anymore. please check on OS windows 10 and give proper drivers.

drivers in support are too old. it is not supported anymore on latest operating system.

cannot downgrade laptop to windows 7 because it will not work as laptop is built only for windows 10.

In most cases you do not need to install special card-reader drivers, just connect dongle to PC an windows will install verything automatically.
Another way - install not signed drivers via instruction (like for 8/8.1) - https://www.infinity-box.com/support/?s=2
One more way - you can get another card-reader and insert smart-card into another card-reader.

Anyway we will try to find newest drivers for card-readers, but as you can see it may be that there is no nes drivers exists for card-readers released before 10+ years.

yes sir, that is what i have read all around the forums i am member with and search with.

the dongle is working when i use on windows 7 computer, but i have new laptops that are windows 10 that is going to be used on new shops far from me so that is the problem because the technician there cannot use cm2 on the laptop. we tried installing other box, so far z3x and easy jtag box are working, i don't have other dongles yet to try so i don't know if other software dongles will work or not too.

the thing i observe in windows 10, when drivers are auto installed, dongle is blinking red and blue light only, it is installed but dongle is not detected by software, if i manually put rocker dongle inf drivers, it will be installed but still cannot detected by software or dongleid manager.

for now, it works when i put the sim on z3x box.

the dongle won't work on windows 10. but on windows 7 it works.

so i hope 1 day you can come up with new drivers for dongles on windows 10 64 bit.

As I can see many users use FT2000 with Win 10 without problems.
If your card-reader still do not work with Win 10 (as I can see it works, do not know why you do not answer to exact question regarding other software, but nevermind) you can get another card-reader (it's really not expensive) f.e. here - http://gsmserver.com/item/miscellane...t-card-reader/

but this card reader is brandnew. and it is not broken or defective as it is working on windows 7, it will not only work on windows 10. and it only means this might be because of new drivers needed. please try to investigate why. because in time, i might not be the only one that will have problem like this. i also have 1 new dongle in other shop, same problem, not working on windows 10.

i put the card on z3x box and it is working on windows 10. so card is not the problem.

i use the dongle on windows 7 and it is working so dongle is not the problem

drivers for windows 10 that will enable dongles to work with windows 10 664 bit. that is the problem.

2 pc, 2 different dongles. not working on windows 10.

and that means, Your PC with Windows 10 x64 Definitely have issue for which it doesn't saves the driver permanently in respected driver respiratory...

Do you have any other Infinity (or other software that can try to read smart-card) software running at the same time with CardID ?

• Connect only infinity dongle and run Card Reader software.
• Connect the dongle direct to USB port on PC but not with any hub or Extension cable.
• Also Run only CardID software and don't run any other software which runs on Smart Card based API.

Result???
