i have problems with the dongle from infinity, it happend when i used chinese miracle, the card was in a pkey vista reader, it work fine but now i receive an error...and i can't get it to work

sorry...so the problem is, my dongle is not detected, the card was removed from the box and used with the reader from j.a.f, the vista pkey, used many times like this, untill today when i try to flash a chinese phone with chinese miracle...the error is something like this...

APDU error! Card returned: 6F00
SmartCard API error #00000000
The operation completed succesfully!

sometimes the dongle is not detected at all.
hope you understand now

Run DongleManager and make "Read S/N operation".

Why did you remove the card from the box? Is that sense to you? Be proper that thing its a built-in smartcard no need to take it out.
