downloading problem
 

pls i cannot dowload flash files from support area when i got to the support area it usually tell me this WARNING

i got the same problem few days ago and infinity team help me to find out my problem by infinity team providing me this link try and post reply

also make sure that old shell program is not running while you install new one.
