dt samsung client is taking 2 credits for one phone, i unlock one phone.

in first try software crashed,and i try next.then unlocked but credit used two times. is it fare ?

this software is not from infinity team? what mean you are not providing support. you have database and you are resposible for software problams. you can check in database that only one phone is unlocked by this user id.thats software or your server problam. not reseller problam.reseller give me 10 credits,he done his job. there is two dt clients software in market ??? thats your product and you have to support.

Situation is:
DT-Client is not an Infinity product. We just re-sell it via our IOS (Infinity Online Service).
So just imagine: you buy something in one shop and then you ask for a repair/warranty/refund in another shop.
How we can help in this situation ?
 
The only advice that I can give in this situation - buy from trusted reseller in future.
 
As you can see Infinity team is here during last 10 year so its a some  kind of confirmation/proof that we will be here and support users in  future too.

Personally me - I do not have access to any kind of DT user database, I do not control DT software proogramming etc. so please, contact to your Reseller and ask him for Support or ask him for Refund !

i ask to him, he is asking that his source is not replying. i dont know what is happning here. anyways i trust this software coz i download from infinity website,and i think that its infinity product, like infinity best. for samsung unlock my old software was good. i dont care about 7X u s d . its ok. anyway thanks for reply.
