i have dead nokia e63 is symbian 60 phones.
i can read zones from it but cant read full flash in one file.
when i try to load partial bin file
program say: Value must be between 1 and 2147483647.

phone have two memory flash zone
rap 0 nand from 0000:0000 to 00ff:ffff
rap 1 nand from 0100:0000 to 01ff:ffff

eprom nand: 00fe:0000-00ff:ffff

what zone do i need to read?

readed with best infinity. read 1 time 27MB, read second time 63MB.
read only on usb, twister not support new protocol.

same error on best recover symbian^3.

i know now: it must be full flash read. i try on e52 and read file 256MB and don't give me any error.
the problem is i can't read full flash of phone with nokia best or mxkey. i will try on another box.

BEST read exactly full, not a pices.
