Hello
I need help pls... My user name is good but my passwors not work, i reset password and page say this message "IP has been changed".
What i do???? 😣

Please fix this issue everytime you connect on different network you have to reset ip address.

it's not an issue it's a feature that protect your account.
If you want to disable this feature you can do it in your account "Settings" menu.

Hi Infinity Team.i can not download anyfile from support area.always says You have exceeded daily download limit, please try again tommorrow even i did not download any file for long..please reset or unlock my account.
