Error ip has been changed


Hello
I need help pls... My user name is good but my passwors not work, i reset password and page say this message "IP has been changed".
What i do???? 😣

Please fix this issue everytime you connect on different network you have to reset ip address.

it's not an issue it's a feature that protect your account.
If you want to disable this feature you can do it in your account "Settings" menu.

If you can not download any files this means you login via demo mode.
You must login to support area via your IOS account.
