Error when trying to start dougle - GSM-Forum

My Dougle and new and installed it now trying to open the software displays this error, request support to adjust from a grateful ja.

Hello,

1. Close [BEST] software
2. Go to c:/InfinityBox/BEST folder
3. Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.ask file
4. Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.dat file
5. Run [BEST] software
6. Enetr your data and get new licence file

Do not request license file more than 3 times per day !
If you have requested license more than 3 times today - you must wait until tomorrow.

After removing the files mentioned she opened the software asks to put and when I try to register my nick and my imail the error log as shown in the image, how can I solve this since it already grateful for the support.

You should disable your PC Firewall (or give enough access rights to BEST.exe) and try to register again.

If problem still exist you can send ASK file to [email protected]

Now the question pioro, formatted my PC to Windows 7 Ultimate and now when connecting the USB port on dougle PC shuts up all enter into repair mode Boot out, what can be causing this? Will be the case for changing the Dougle, thanks for the support

1. Connect Dongle to PC
2. In case of any problems you should update Card-Reader Drivers:
Infinity-Box - Support

What is the results ?
