my f3 is showing "no sim" but works on bundle sim came with it but it doesnt connect on infinity what to do

@elwissi
What cable you have used ?
It's need to use high-speed Unibox but not ordinary COM port cable.
Also, please try to use the advice below:

@RUVAIZ
1. disconnect phone battery
2. connect cable to phone
3. run software
4. press "unlock" button
5. connect battery
