I did not understand well who and when say off or ask code.
Who says off ?
Who ask code ?
What code exactly ?

The mobile phone asks!. it shows on infinity software "as above" says off . but when i put another sim card in the mobile is asking for unlock code?????????.....can this phone be unlocked??? and if so what is the code i have to put inside mobile? i tried the 0000 that doesnt work!

Dude if you would read help file mentioned you would see the right way to unlock this phone!!! you are resetting user code not network lock.

Anyway,

Flash the phone with:

Fly-SLT100_Hummer-HT1_SLT100_HMERID_PCB04_GPRS_MT6228_S02.MAUI_06A_W 06_36_MP_V36_M3.00R_2007-07-26_En_Ru_Ua.B4M

then format and put back serial to its original and phone is unlocked.

Tested not just 100% but 100 times 100% and only with Infinity of course.
