I even have got the same problem with Pin finder.
If I load a Preset config for any model in the pinfinder database I am not able to connect the mobile with the software.
If the same mobile goes through the detection process then I am able to connect the same mobile.
In this particular case I am not able to connect a fly V60 model mobile, neither through the auto detection nor through the preset config from the pinfinder database.
Please suggest where is it things are going wrong.

Regards.

1. Run Support Manager (Infinity-Box Shell)

Did the same....

2. Select model Sagem my150x and check the pinout

1..........16
9: box Rx/phone Tx (RJ45 pin-3)
10: box Tx/phone Rx (RJ45 pin-2)
16: Gnd

Here it is bit different since mine is Fly V60.
Selected 4th pin as RX and 5th pin as TX.

Open the Auto Pin Finder Package
3. Connect Power cable to phone instead of battery

Did as mentioned....

4. Connect L16B cable (due to total number of connector pins is 16)

Instead of L16B I connected L10B.

5. Select L16B cable in PinFinder Adapter software (according to connected cable)

Selected L10B...

6. Set Rx (box Rx/phone Tx) pin value to 9 (according to known pinout)

Set 4th pin as RX....

7. Set Tx (box Tx/phone Rx) pin value to 10 (according to known pinout)

Set 5th pin as TX....

8. Press “Power” button to enable phone power

Enabled power on button.......

In case of connection problems it may need to change pin numbering mode
(reverse pin numbering) due to different phone connector soldering to PCB. To reverse
pin numbering mode from 1.....16 to 16.....1 (and vice versa)press “Reverse”
button and then press “Set” button.

Tried reversing the RX and TX also......

But as such the Infinity software for Fly is not communicating with the phone at all......

Whats wrong ????????

Its not a hardware problem.....

Its just phone code problem......

Hello,

It may be problem with rx/tx pins due to phone connector problems or something like this.
Fly-V60 was tested withnPinFinder and it was found no problems.
If you still have problems I suggest you to use this pinout

keyboard top
connector 2x5
4: Phone Tx (RJ45 pin-3)
5: Phone Rx (RJ45 pin-2)
