F698 cannot display the call.if the person end the call then it show.
I used safe mode and complete mode but still the same.
plez help.

What is the problem exactly, what you have tried to do already.

Hi,
If it was 5 pcs with exactly the same defect I think it's a bug in firmware and it is need to flash phone with other similar firmware.
If you have bought 5 new phones with this defect I think you have a reason to ask your supplier to give you correct firmware (in some cases Chinese factories can supply it).
If you can not get good firmware from factory you need to try to find suitable firmware, try to use similar firmware files one by one.
