REMOTE CONNECTION

Due to covid-19 pandemic, none of us are able to go out for work, I think it better team give us access to connect our client via remote to service their phone from our house.

Are you think Team is sleeping during this time? They work same as usual or even more so i dont see why this requests. do you think electricity, servers, phone samples so on are free of charge in this period !?
If we will be a offer or something it will be because they want not because someone asks it.
I am also in quarantine but I always find ways to earn some, one of them I am serving a limited number of customers (as a precaution, and to minimize risks) and I updated my price list and I am asking for a little more than usual to compensate, these remote services share dongle or box damages, spoils the market and the software is liable to be cracked or worse, simply the team can reduce the price for renewal for a limited time.

If i'm not wrong they asking to share dongle into user's pc to do work as remote, as i know that's not possible...

sure we know Team didn't sleep.

we are all INFINITY-BOX TEAM supporters to the cure, each time we notice elapse we will quickly draw Team attention to it.

meanwhile, one man food is another man poison please note that, but in my country this pandemic has caused total fall of our business.

the only way for Team can help us out, it's to introduce remote connection so that we can connect our customers via remote to service their devices.

for me reduction of activation/renew price doesn't has any effect in this situation, as well as free support extended.

only what can solve problem at this moment is REMOTE CONNECTION.

i said it again WE ARE ALL INFINITY-BOX TEAM SUPPORTERS.

Interesting idea but how is "dongle sharing" may helps to repair damaged phone that is physically located at the table of 92 years old man 100 km far away or water damaged phone of 17-years old girl ?
I am trying to understand what operations Infinity users need
