It is 100% possible, even some Team has implemented that, and their users has being enjoying it.

Sir, nothing isn't possible, we're in technology world, also don't forget that we all deal with software that took 50% of world technology.

Team just need to monitor all users not to go beyond their boundary. Team can also dedicate one remote control that won't those bad Guys to hack the software.

We need remote unlock, most of clients have computers, they can usb share and we can unlock remotely without go out

May be they want to reset screen locks /frp etc using infinity software and dongle from home without going to shop because of lock down due to Corona virus.

Sometimes customers are calling us to reset screen locks or frp so we are saying them that sorry currently we're unable to work at shop.

Sir i just given an idea and i don't want remote servicing using infinity software to repair phones of customers,

because i'm living in a small village of Pakistan where there mostly customers uneducated and don't have pc at home to get my remote service to repair phone,
