Your dongle C8DD0BBA support expired 2019-Nov-10. It was even before covid problem start. You did not renewed support at that time so you lost nothing due to covid problem.
But other people, who paid for support, was unable to work during at least two months and team want to recover that two months of unused support.

But team gave two months for all users, not only to people who take loss due to covid problem. And you was able to update your old firmware 0138 to 0139 for free.

I hope you agree that it's good move by Infinity Team

I acknowledge that I did not renew the support for my infinity since that last year that I paid for it I had to go through a lot of things in my country and now I live in another I do not want to take advantage of such a situation but I would like to know if my card is valid to update since I It could serve in these difficult days as an extra income

Dear Sir,It is very big problem if Internet is offline. The only way in this situation - ask somebody to download software and send you somehow sd-card with software.

It depends on expiry date of your dongle. Just update it and see result. Update procedure require very small traffice, even less than load one gsmhosting forum web page.
