my infinity card sn is 039138BB8F and i renewed support on august 2019 and now i am showing expiry date 10 august 2020 and 2 months extension is not granted yet.
please infinity team allow me 2 months free support extension.

As I can see support period for this dongle was extended for 2 months already from 2018-Dec-16 to 2019-Feb-16 and as a result you was able to update dongle firmware from v0136 to v0137
