Nnew version depends on your previous Expiry date.

example:
if your dongle expire 1-Apr-2020 your support will be extended for 2 months up to 1-Jun-2020 and you will get firmware version v0143 for today
if your dongle expire 1-Apr-2018 your support will be extended for 2 months up to 1-Jun-2018 and you will get version lower than v0143

You can update it anytime later, after week or month or after half year. There is no limits for update operation
