Hello,
Avator Pro dongle activation is not available on IOS yet. Since no product available so how can we take order or refund.
Moreover you ordered on another website, so contact owner of that website for any problem.

IOS activation system works well.
You should contact to your seller to check your order status and once seller send activation request to IOS activation system your activation will be completed.

It's a problem/delay at seller side but not at IOS side.

Yes I Know Friend..Reseller Told Me Activation Was Auto API So Credit Deducted From His A/C He Told Me To Talk With Avator Team....Avator Team Received Payment Too As They Told Me In Previous Post N Process My Order But Got Rejected By Activation Mechanism As My Card Type Was Infinity N Service Not Available That Time.... ..Avator Team Told Me To Contact You Then Told Me To Wait Until Service Ready From Infinity Side Now Service Ready But No Reply From Them...

Did you contacted your reseller as Respected Yellowboss advices you ?
To end this situation you will sort it out with Reseller.
1-You bought activation which was not exists by that time (Reseller knows what he sold to you)
2-You did'nt used IOS service,How is Infinity involved in this ?

Please make this: contact to your seller and ask for REFUND.
Let's seller return money to you.
Once sellers must return money they start to move and work instead of ask users to wait, to write etc.
After you will get refund from seller you can order activation via IOS easily.

Another way - show this thread to seller and let's seller check everything from his side.
Also sellers, teams and any other people can write in this thread.
but easy way - take back money from seller !

This means Infinity Online Service (IOS) received no requests from sellers to make activation for your dongle.
