hello infinity team iam facing a problem, while changing imei of chinese phones.problem is when i use write mode 1 software shows problem like in the image and i follows like the software instructios but no use it continuously show like message...
and when i use write mode 2 all the process is ok and it changes the 1#imei well. and i tried for #2 imei than also process is done but it replaces the 1#imei what shuod i do.please tell me .......

i change buadrate for test mode ---11000 and auto select also but no use.

sorry, that i am asking, but this is not clear from your picture.
Did you try to run IMEI change mode-1 on powered OFF phone and only after progress bar started to move- power On phone?

i tried both conditions i tried switch on the phone when after the process stared and also i tried as phone in on condition.
iam using 3.03

hello!

we will check why IMEI#1 is re-witten when doing IMEI#2 in mode-2
i also met such problem on one phone, but after that i solved it by Mode-1
so i did not pay much attention to this
now i will return to this question
