GAOXINQI GS518 Chocolate dead

i have a GAOXINQI GS518 Chocolate set which was someyime starting , then i did Format FFS complete .. after formatting it says that it is needed to press the power button for nearly 1 min to start the phone . i did as it is said but for the first time it starts on the fisrt screen and doesent goes further ..
but after reconnecting the batery i am unable to start it again ...

i have tried this 3 times ..

same result..

is there any way i can get the flash file of this phone ?

as long as phone initially sometimes started, sometimes- not
i think worth to start from flash IC heating with hot air.

if that is so then y does it starts only once after doing formatting FFS with infinity ... ?

if it is hardware problem then it should not start once ..

am i right ?

i think i need a good flash file of this phone .. , anyone having it ?
