when I try read general information or doing format safe mode ,noconnection between software module and the phone.
any solution please?

1.keep on preesing power on for long time untill detected.
2.preess the required command, then take a surgical twizer , coneect its one end with phene + terminl and other with -ve terminal.software will start the operation.
3. for more stable function open the box and short the diode
