Gradiente GF500 turning off - GSM-Forum

Hi,

Just got 2 Gradiente GF-500 that without any sim-card they turn on without any problem but with sim card inserted they turn on and turn off again.

Any advice welcome,

There are 2 diff flash files at support. Tried one at each but problem persists.

Hello,

1. try to make 112 call w/o sim card. if you can't make call you must check hardware
2. make "safe" ffs format
3. if not helps try "complete" ffs format
