I think its Privacy Lock just go UserData tab and check UserData safe after click Reset Privacy Lock

iv tried that but it software says phone is not supported operation useless

There is no PrivacyLock in MT6577. Show phone picture with password asking screen.
I think - eMMC gone to "ReadOnly" state.
