infinity pinfinder problem - GSM-Forum

my pinfinder suddenly cannot search pinout. i m confution in rj45 cable (output2). may be it problem it can not supply accurate volt on hand set.but when i press power is on button then pinfinder (phone power) led active. but cannot detect pinout .

please infinity team solve my problem very urgent. i can't work without pinfinder.

Hello,

Please, check PinFinder manual page-20.
First step is: check voltage at your Infinity-Box pin-1, it should be 5v. More information is in PinFinder manual page-20.

u can mesure voltage at pin 1 without opening the box.
